MEDIMOVE INDIA team is committed to delivering all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 7 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. NGD Apparels Private Limited makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end-users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

The details of the Logistic Partner who will process the delivery of the order will be provided to the end-user through email and SMS along with the tracking number. The User will also be provided with the estimated date of delivery of the purchased product(s) on the Order Confirmation page.
The estimated delivery date is only an estimate based on the reputation of the third-party logistics partner. MEDIMOVE INDIA will not be responsible for delivery delays by third-party logistics partners. MEDIMOVE INDIA may, in its sole discretion, effect deliveries to Customers on its own without involving logistic partners.
Return and exchange of purchased product(s) will be done by MEDIMOVE INDIA reverse logistics partners, separate and distinct from MEDIMOVE INDIA. Please note that MEDIMOVE INDIA will not be liable for any act(s) and/or omissions of such reverse logistics partners. What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
If you have received the product in poor condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
